Since on instruction Mr.Dash, learned Addl.

Government Advocate submits that in the meantime suo motu lease case No. 110 of 2001 has been disposed of by the Tahasildar, Khurda (opposite party No.2) on 22.4.2022, Mr.Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering such submission, the writ petition is disposed of as not pressed.
