This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Jarada P.S. Case No.178 of 2021, registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 341, 294, 292, 354-A, 354B, 451, 509 and 506 of IPC and Section 67 of the I.T. Act, has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

Considering the facts and submission made, especially the nature of accusation, character of incriminating materials appearing against the Petitioner, circumstances in which he has been indicted, seriousness of the offences alleged, this Court is not inclined to release the Petitioner on pre-arrest bail.

However, it is open to the petitioner to surrender and move for bail before the Court below and in that event, the Court in seisin over the matter shall dispose of his bail application on its own merit as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the same day.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of being dismissed.
