This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the criminal proceeding initiated against them vide Special Case No.17 of 2013 pending in the Court of Special Judge, Angul. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to the Petitioners to approach this Court, if the cause of action survives, by filing a fresh petition.

In view of such submission, the CRLMC stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
