This writ petition involves the following prayer: Order No.

"The petitioner, therefore, prays that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to issue a Rule NISI, calling upon the opposite parties to show cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus shall not be issued directing the opposite parties to recommend his name for recruitment to the post of Attendant in the concerned office forthwith preferably within a stipulated period as this Hno'ble Court deems just and proper;"

Keeping in view the grievance of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the grievance of the Petitioner with documents as appearing at Annexure-11(series) is already reached the Office of the Opposite Party No.1, the Opposite Party No.1 shall do well in taking a lawful decision thereon also involving the Petitioner within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
