This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This CONTC has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order dated 14.09.2017 passed in O.A.No.2255(C) of 2015. 3.

Learned Additional Government Advocate files Order dated 16th October, 2021 in Court today. The same is taken on record. A perusal of the order reveals that in compliance to order dated 12.08.2021 passed in CONTC (CPC) No.135 of 2018, Government have been pleased to allow actual financial benefit towards salary of the present Petitioner from 26.08.2000, i.e. the date of his notional promotion to 06.11.2013 i.e. the date, actual promotion notification was issued in favour of the Petitioner.

Considering the same this Court is of the considered view that nothing remains to decide in the CONTC.

The CONTC is accordingly dropped.

However, this Court directs the authorities to disburse the amount within one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
