1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a discharge application before the trial Court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

3. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
