This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that petitioner no.7 Kodanda Joshi has already been arrested and therefore, the order dated 08.03.2022 passed in the anticipatory bail application has become infructuous so far as petitioner no.7 is concerned. In view of such submission, this anticipatory bail application in favour of petitioner no.7 is disposed of
// 2 // as infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that some more time may be granted in extending the date of surrender.
After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period of petitioner nos. 1 to 6 till 18.04.2022.
Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
