1. The Petitioners' representation dated 15th July, 2021 shall be considered by the General Manager, WATCO Division, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) and after hearing the Petitioner, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 11th April 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
