This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This interim application has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 22nd July, 2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently it has been mentioned "J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar" in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application instead of "J.M.F.C., Chandbali" for which the said mistake has been crept into the 2nd and 6th paragraphs of the aforesaid order dated 22nd July, 2022 passed by this Court. Accordingly, the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the court name in the cause title as well as in the contents of the bail application.

Hence, the expression "J.M.F.C., Dhamnagar" occurred in the 2nd and 6th paragraphs of the aforesaid order dated 22nd July, 2022 be read as "J.M.F.C., Chandbali".

Rest part of the order dated 22nd July, 2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
