1. The Petitioner's representation shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Baliguda (Opposite Party No.3) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4 and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed not later than 16th May, 2022. The said order shall be made available to the parties not later than 23rd May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
