This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties no.3 and 4 to sanction and disburse the annual periodical increments in light of decision at Annexure-5 series from 2014 till the date of his retirement i.e. 31.03.2021 within a stipulated time and fix the pay of the petitioner under ORSP Rules, 2017 w.e.f. 01.01.2016 and grant all arrear. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-6, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-5 series and Rule-77 of the Odisha Service Code, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-6 taking into

consideration Annexures-5 series and Rule-77 of the Odisha Service Code, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
