Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The I.A. filed seeking modication.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the name of the court in the cause title has been wrongly mentioned as "3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Berhampur" in place of "1st Addl. Sessions Judge, Berhampur"

Taking into account such submission, the learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the cause title in Court and the period to surrender is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. Other terms of the order remains unaltered. 6.

The I.A. is accordingly, disposed of.
