This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer:- "(1) Admit the Writ application.

(2) Call for the records.

(3) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions directing the opp party No-3 to consider the representation of the petitioner under Annexure-2 series within a time stipulated by this

And/or may pass such other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions as the Hon'ble Court may this fit and proper for the ends of justice."

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that despite representation filed by the petitioner highlighting his grievances dated 17.09.2021 under Annexure-2 series before the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3, the same is still pending before the said Opposite party and the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision on the representation of the Petitioner. 5.

Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned counsel appearing for the ASGI submits that he has no objection, if a direction is given to the Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, if any, pending in accordance with law made within a stipulated period of time.

Considering the submissions made by the respective parties, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition at the stage of admission with a direction to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 17.09.2021 under Annexure-2 series in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Further the Opposite Party No.3 is directed to consider strictly the representation of the Petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Any decision taken on the same shall be

// 3 // communicated to the Petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to serve an extra copy of the writ petition on Mr. P.K. Parhi, learned counsel ASGI appearing for the Opposite Parties for intimating the authorizes in the case.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
