The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to non-issuance of certified copy of R.O.R. in respect of Sabik Plot No. 1677 and 1678 situated in mouza Raj Sunakhala under Ranpur Tahasil in the district of Nayagarh pursuant to copy application Nos.48 and 49 dated 10th December, 2021. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition seeking liberty to file a fresh one, if fresh cause of arises. 4.

With the liberty as prayed for, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
