This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard Mr. M. Padhi, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

According to Mr. Padhi, the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-disposal of M.A.C. Case No.345 of 2018 filed by her along with other claimants before the learned District Judge-cumM.A.C.T (1), Balasore. Relying on certified copy of the order sheet, he submits that the opposite party No.2 has already entered appearance in that case on 27.11.2018 and opposite party No.1 has entered appearance on 16.10.2019. He further submits that the case was filed on account of the death of the petitioner's husband in a road accident. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned District Judgecum-M.A.C.T (1), Balasore to dispose of the above noted case within a stipulated time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned District Judge-cum-M.A.C.T (1), Balasore to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance
