Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2022 in connection with Belpahar P.S. Case No.19 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.240 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 420/34 of IPC read with sections 4/5 of Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the fact that investigation into the case has progressed substantially and one of the co-accused persons has already been released on anticipatory bail, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on
each date of posting of the case without fail. 5.
BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
