This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 22nd December, 2021 by which W.P.(C) No. 38200 of 2021 was disposed of with the following direction:

Opposite Party No.4 will receive the document for registration, when presented along with copy of this order. Said opposite party within 72 hours therefrom will either register the document or return it accompanied by refusal memo stating the grounds. 4.

Petitioner, upon supplying a true copy of the sale deed annexed and marked annexure 1, will take it back and present it to the registering authority along with copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of."

Mr. Behuria, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meantime, refusal memo has already been supplied to the Petitioner.
