2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. This CMAPL has been filed for restoration of W.P.(C) No. 30374 of 2011, which has been dismissed for default vide order dated 03.01.2019.

4. Considering the grounds stated in the petition and after hearing learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 03.01.2019 is hereby recalled and W.P.(C) No. 30374 of 2011 is restored to its original number.

5. Accordingly, the CMAPL is allowed.
