This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition with innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation in the guise of payment of bills for construction of drain from Pratap Singh House to Gopal Jew Temple under Jagatsinghpur Municipality 3.

This Court in not inclined to issue any direction to the authority to dispose of the representation as it is arising out of a contract. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in terms of the agreement executed between the parties.
