This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with a prayer to quash the order dated 26th September, 2015 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.1771 of 2005, arising out of Bhubaneswar Capital P.S. Case No.178(34) dated 20th May, 2005, taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477(A), 167, 120-B/34 of I.P.C. against the petitioners.

At the time of hearing today, Mr. Manash Ranjan Baug, the proxy counsel on behalf of Mr. Banshidhar Baug, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, files a memo, signed by Mr. Gyana Ranjan Sahoo, Advocate, indicating therein that the present CRLMC has become infructuous and, as such, the petitioner does not want to press the same. The memo filed is taken on record.
