The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Salipur to reschedule the date for identification of the area pursuant to his application dated 25th February, 2021 as per the Government guidelines dated 13th December, 2016.

In course of hearing Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his matter before the Tahasildar, Salipur.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
