Heard Mr. J.K. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

In course of hearing Mr. Panda submits that the order of the learned Trial Court dated 18th January, 2022 requires to be challenged along with the prayer made in the present application. He seeks permission to withdraw the present case with liberty to challenge the same before appropriate forum.

The CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for.
