This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

In view of the submission of learned Counsel for the State that no criminal case has been registered against the Petitioners in connection with Marsaghai P.S; learned Counsel for the Petitioners prays for withdrawal of this application, seeking liberty for the Petitioners to approach this Court afresh in case cause of action so arises in future.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, the ABLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.

Interim order passed on 25.09.2020 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
