Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves a challenge to the reservation involving Election to the Office of the Chairperson of Binka N.A.C. Annexure-7 discloses that the Petitioner has an objection to such decision involving reservation. Further there is no disclosure regarding the manner of disposal and if the Petitioner is aggrieved by any such disposal, in absence of which the Writ Petition is not entertainable at this stage. Be that as it may, in the disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court observes, in the event the Competent Authority is in receipt of objection at Annexure-7 from the Petitioner and has taken decision on the same, the outcome on Annexure-7, if any communicated to the Petitioner in the meantime, be communicated to the Petitioner at least within seven days of
