This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is successive journey of the Petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Paradeep P.S. Case No.189 of 2018 corresponding to Special G.R. Case No.69 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Jagatsinghpur, running for the alleged commission of offence under section 363/376(3)/376(2)(n)/ 324/ 506/34 of the IPC and section 6 of POCSO Act and section 3 of SC and ST (POA) Act, in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C., for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier order dated 25.09.2019 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.7103 of 2019 as well as the materials on record as placed including the deposition of the victim, finding no such change in the circumstances; I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner. 5.

However, it is observed that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps for conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from today.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
