This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioners on 30.09.2022. A perusal of record would go to indicate that the defects as pointed out by the SR has not yet been removed even after more than six years of filing of this present CRLMC. Further, the present status of the original case has not been apprised to this Court in compliance to its order passed on 30.09.2022.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
