This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Addl. Government Advocate states that since the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking relief against the private institution, the writ petition is not maintainable before this Court.

In view of the above submission, since the petitioner has claimed relief against the private-institution, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
