The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Since there is dispute with regard to the date of birth of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum for declaration of his correct date of birth.

4. With above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
