Heard the objection of the learned counsel for Petitioner in Order No.

respect of disposal of the application at Annexure-7. 2.

Keeping in view the reasons indicated in the order at Annexure-7, this Court is of the view that there has been right rejection in consideration of the application on maintainability of the proceeding before the State Bar Council at the threshold of consideration of such dispute. In such view of the matter, while declining to interfere in the impugned order at this stage, this Court directs, in the event the D.C. No.05/2017 is still pending, the same shall be disposed of taking into account the objection on the maintainability of the proceeding as well as the locus standi of the person in raising such proceeding. It is also made clear that observation, if any, made in the order at Annexure-7 have nothing to do with the ultimate disposal of the D.C. No.05 / 2017. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
