Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 17th April, 2013 (Annexure-1) passed by the Assistant Settlement Officer, Camp Court, Rental Colony, Bhubaneswar -Opposite Party No.2 in Objection Case No.1059/1120 of 2013.

In course of hearing, Mr. Barik, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition and he files a memo to that effect in Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Memo so filed be kept on record.
