Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Balliguda P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No. 09 of 2022 pending in the court of learned Special Judge-cum-Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Balliguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 20 (b((i)(C)/29 of NDPS Act. 4.

Considering the fact that the seized contraband is more than commercial quantity weighing 251 kgs, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected. 5.

Trial be expedited, if there is no other legal impediment. 6.

The BLAPL is accordingly rejected.
