Heard Mr. B. Chalan, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The petitioner in this writ petition seeks to quash the notification dated 29.12.2021 issued by opposite party no.4 under Annexure-5 pertaining to appointment of Anganwadi Worker in Baigapada Anganwadi Centre under Sinapali Block in the district of Nuapada. 4.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that challenging the illegal selection process, though the petitioner has filed an appeal, however during pendency of the appeal, the notification under Annexure-5 has been issued.

Since the appeal of the petitioner is pending, it is open to her to pursue her remedy before the appropriate authority, if she is so advised. 6.
