Heard Mr. A.P. Bose, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 2.

Mr. Zafarulla submits that the investigation in connection with the F.I.R. styled as Brahmagiri P.S. Case No.158 of 2021 is at an advance stage and the investigating authority requires two months more time to complete the investigation.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the I.I.C., Brahmagiri P.S. (opposite party No.3) to make all endeavours to complete the investigation of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

A free copy of this order be handed over to Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel for onward transmission and compliance.
