1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard Mr. Manas Chand, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioners are in custody since 22nd November, 2021 in connection with Purusottampur P.S. Case No.488/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.481/2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Purusottampur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 395/34 of the I.P. C.

4. It is submitted that the Petitioners have been implicated in the case only on suspicion without any specific material to show their complicity in the alleged occurrence. It is further submitted that there are no criminal antecedents in so far as the present Petitioners are concerned.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that they shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
