ORDER
23.8.2022 WP(C) NO.5009 OF 2016 & I.A.NO.9707 OF 2022 03.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
Order No.
2.
The Writ Petition involves a challenge to the impugned order dated 5.1.2016 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Balasore in R.P. No.559/2014. 3.
In filing a further Interlocutory Application, learned counsel for the Petitioner subsequently appearing as a replacement against the previous Counsel representing the Petitioner prays for permission to file a fresh application before the Competent Authority with relevant documents.
4.
Reading through the impugned order dated 5.1.2016, this Court finds, there was no impediment on the part of the Petitioner in
// 2 // preferring a fresh application but with supporting documents, as his earlier attempt was rejected on technical ground. In the circumstance, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition observing the Petitioner may not be debarred in moving a fresh application but however with supporting documents to the Competent Authority at least within a period of two weeks hence.
