1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode.
2. Heard Mr. S.K.Joshi, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K.Mishra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The Petitioners are in custody since 6th September, 2021 in connection with Turekela P.S.
Case No.158/2021 corresponding to S.C. Case No.24/2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Kantabanji for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 498-A/302/34 of I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

4. Considering the nature of accusations and the existence of materials prima facie to support thereof, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail, which is therefore rejected.
5. It is open to the Petitioner to renew their prayer after examination of material witnesses in the case including the informant during trial.
