1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. It is submitted that the Petitioner is unable to arrange the amount to be furnished as cash security, i.e. Rs.10,00,000/- as directed by order dated 12th April, 2022 as in the mean time his wife has expired due to cancer.

4. Considering the submissions as above, the prayer for modification is allowed. In the order dated 12th April, 2022, the condition imposed for furnishing cash security of Rs.10,00,000/- is modified to the extent that instead of furnishing cash security of Rs.10,00,000/-, the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five Lakhs) and property security of Rs.5,00,000/-. All other conditions shall remain intact.

5. The I.A. is, accordingly, disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
