This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of RMC No. 516 of 2020 filed under Rule 43 of the Orissa Survey and Settlement Rules, 1962 (for short 'the Rules') before the Tahasildar, Jatani-Opposite Party No.2.

Taking into consideration the submission made by Mr. Biswal, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court vide order dated 23rd February, 2022 directed the learned State Counsel to take instruction in the matter.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel, on instruction, submits that RMC No. 516 of 2020 filed under Rule 43 of the Rules is still pending for consideration and the Tahasildar, Jatani-Opposite Party No.2 is taking step to dispose of the matter in accordance with law within a period of one month. 5.

In view of the above, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction to the Tahasildar, Jatani-Opposite Party No.2 to take up RMC No. 516 of 2020 and make an endeavour for early disposal of the same preferably within a period of one month from

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
