This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 15th May, 2014 passed by the learned Special Judge, Nayagarh in T.R. Case No.19 of 2014 wherein cognizance of the offences under Sections 376, 366(A), 109 read Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Sectin 6 of the POCSO Act has been taken against them. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State-Opposite Party No.1. 4.

Petitioners have sought for quashment of the order of cognizance.

I am not inclined to entertain the prayer made in this petition, since there is material to proceed against Petitioners, as revealed from the deposition of the victim recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
