The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is that the sale deed presented by them has not been accepted by the Sub-Registrar, Odagaon, opposite party no.4 in spite of the petitioners having exclusive right, title and interest over the land in question.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the SubRegistrar, Odagaon, opposite party no.4, on receipt of the sale deed along with a copy of this order, to accept the sale deed and diarize the same and pass necessary order, if the same is not registerable, return the sale deed with the refusal memo. If the petitioners apply for the reason of refusal, the same shall be
