Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to reconsider his case for fixation of his seniority vis-à-vis opposite party no.5 in accordance with Rule-13 of OCS (RA) Rules, 1990, Govt. Resolution dated 29.01.1997 and clarification of Board dated 30.08.2010 and grant the benefits from 2006, as has been given to the juniors vide Annexure-6, within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2 vide Annexure-10, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time taking into consideration Annexures-5, 6, 8 and 9, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner under Annexure-10 taking

into consideration Annexures-5, 6, 8 and 9, and pass a reasoned and speaking order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
