Ms. Deepali Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought by the petitioner has become infructuous, by efflux of time, however, so far as the deposit of security amount is concerned, the petitioner may be permitted to approach the authority in terms of the conditions of the tender. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority in terms of conditions of the tender, which will be considered in accordance with law.
