Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

This appeal has been filed seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded vide judgment dated 27.10.2016 in M.A.C No.98 of 2014 by the learned First Additional District Judge-cum-First M.A.C.T., Cuttack. 4.

In course of hearing, it is fairly agreed by both the parties that the respondent No.2 is ready and willing to pay a further amount of Rs.2,15,000/- (rupees two lakhs fifteen thousand) in favour of the appellants within a period of six weeks from today. As further agreed by both the parties, the aforesaid amount of Rs.2,15,000/- is towards full and final settlement of the claim made by the appellants in the appeal.

The respondent No.2 is directed to pay the aforesaid amount within the time indicated hereinabove in favour of the appellants through account payee cheque proportionately as passed by the learned court below. 6.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of on the basis of compromise.
