Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present CRLMC with liberty to move the learned Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Jeypore at the time of framing charge raising all grounds available in law indicating that absolutely no material to array him as an accused.

It is needless to state here that learned Special Judge shall consider the grounds advanced by the petitioner on its
