Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner. 2.

Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) and refers to paragraph 6 in his client's counter. He submits, there has been compliance in the meantime of direction made by co-ordinate Bench on order dated 6th July, 2021 in W.P.(C) no.19179 of 2021 filed by some occupants. The representation made by the occupants was rejected by his client. His client will now consider and deal with petitioner's application for occupancy certificate. He prays for some time to enable his client to consider and dispose of the application. Mr. Mohanty submits, there be direction for the consideration within two weeks. Mr. Mohapatra

Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) will deal with and dispose of petitioner's application for occupancy certificate within four weeks of communication.
