2. The contempt petition filed by the petitioner alleging the violation of order of this Court passed on 01.09.2021 in W.P.(C) No.26117 of 2021.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the order dated 01.09.2021 passed in the said writ petition has already been complied with and the representation of the petitioner has already been disposed of by the Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar.

4. Accordingly, the CONTC. is dropped.
