3. Learned counsel for the State file detailed compliance affidavit dated 16.01.2022, it has been stated that this Court while disposing of the W.P.(C) No. 18334 of 2021 on 14.07.2021 directed the opposite party No. 4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-6 and passed appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of authenticated/certified copy of this order.

4. Learned counsel for the State has filed order dated 18.11.2021, wherein the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected.
5. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is dropped.
