2. Heard Mr. L. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr. L. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has submitted his written statement of defence on 19.11.2015, but till date no step has been taken. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Couort by filing this writ peteition.

4. If the petitioner has filed written statement of defence on 19.11.2015, obligation lies with the authority to proceed with the matter instead of keeping the matter years together. Therefore, this Court disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.1 to take necessary steps in the issue without further delay.

5. With the above observation & direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
