Learned counsel for Petitioner alleged that there is an attempt for eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law.

Considering the allegation made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court disposes of this Writ Petition directing that there shall be no demolition/eviction of the Petitioner from the disputed property in question without following due process of law provided the Petitioner has not faced with any such O.P.L.E proceeding as of now. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
