This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioners and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioners and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in connection with G.R. Case No.50 of 2020 arising out of Aul P.S. Case No.27 of 2020 pending on the file of J.M.F.C., Aul within three weeks hence and move for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further conditions that they will not indulge themselves in any criminal activity and appear before the Court in seisin of the case on each date of posting of the case.

For the failure on the part of the Petitioner to abide by the conditions as above, it would be open to the prosecution to approach this Court for appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
